Exchanges & Returns Policy

At Shade Craft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a simple, efficient, and flexible exchange and return process to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you wish to exchange or return a product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns

  • The product(s) and packaging must be in their original condition, free from any damage or signs of use.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation email, must be provided.
  • If the product(s) arrive damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Once an exchange has been processed, the item cannot be returned.

Exchanges & Returns for Discounted Products

  • If an exchange is requested and the original promotional offer is no longer active, the price difference will be recalculated based on the current retail price.
  • For returns of discounted items, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit voucher, valid for one year.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

1.     Contact Us – Reach out via our official communication channels, providing your order number and details regarding your exchange or return request.

2.     Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide instructions for returning the item.

3.     Return the Item – The customer is responsible for posting the product back to Shade Craft. Follow the provided steps and send the product(s) back to us.
